Clogher Historical Society/Cumann Seanchais Chlochair

You have reached the home page of Clogher Historical Society. The Society promotes local history in the counties of Fermanagh, Monaghan, South Tyrone and parts of South Donegal and West Louth. This website has been re-developed in 2005 with the support of the Heritage Council of Ireland and Cavan/Monaghan Rural Development Co-op Society Ltd. We are very grateful for their assistance and we hope that you will find the site useful and informative. Use the navigation buttons or click here to learn more about Clogher Historical Society.

Border Counties Heritage Network

This is a new facility provided by Clogher Historical Society in 2005, designed to improve co-operation between heritage groups in the border area and to provide a point of contact for small groups who do not have their own websites. If you are looking for information on a particular town or parish, there may be a local heritage group that has specialist information. Click here to enter the heritage network pages of this site.
